Evaluasi Fusarium non-patogenik terhadap Serangan Antraknosa pada Cabai Merah di Indralaya Ogan Ilir, Sumatra Selatan

Abstract

Antraknosa dan lalat buah merupakan organisme pengganggu tanaman utama yang menyerang cabai merah besar (Capsicum annuum L.) pada fase prapanen. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas filtrat cair Fusarium non patogenik terhadap serangan antraknosa (Colletotrichum sp.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Tanjung Pering, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan, menggunakan lima perlakuan: Fusarium non patogenik murni (shaker dan non-shaker), Fusarium non patogenik + tanin (shaker dan non-shaker), serta kontrol.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan Fusarium  non patogenik dan tanin belum mampu menurunkan  serangan antraknosa. Dengan demikian, efektivitas Fusarium non patogenik dalam pengendalian hayati masih memerlukan pengujian lebih lanjut dan penyempurnaan formulasi sebelum dapat direkomendasikan untuk penggunaan lapangan
